I had a really solid visit at my local BMW dealership. I went in with a few questions about my lease, the service team was really patient with me. They explained everything in a normal, easy-to-follow way and didn’t make me feel rushed.
My advisor was friendly, kept me posted while the car was being worked on, and picking it up was quick and simple. I also appreciated that there wasn’t any weird pressure or pushy upsell stuff. Just helpful, straightforward service.
I used the bmwusa site for booking and checking a few details too, and that was easy. All in all, it was a smooth experience, and yeah, I’d definitely go back again.

"Repair was quick, but I expected an apology"
Getting the repair help was actually easy, and they fixed it fast. I just wish someone had acknowledged the inconvenience, because I was expecting at least a quick apology.

The BMW site looks nice overall, ngl, but it can feel a bit slow sometimes when pages are loading. I had fun messing around with the car builder, but trying to find actual prices and dealer info was kind of annoying lol.
